Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

RoundTree Transportation provides private luxury car services throughout New York City, Long Island, and the Tri-State area. Services include airport transfers, corporate travel, and special event transportation.

2. Reservations & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance.

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

• Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details.

• We expect respectful behavior toward our drivers and property.

• Clients will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during service.

4. Wait Time & No-Show Policy

• A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for standard pickups.

• After the grace period, wait time charges may apply.

• If the client does not appear or communicate within 30 minutes, the ride is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client displays inappropriate behavior, poses a safety risk, or violates any part of these terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee arrival times.
