Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Client Cancellations

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • 50% refund if canceled between 24–48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. No-Shows

If a client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact us, no refund will be issued.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that RoundTree Transportation must cancel a service due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund or

  • You may choose to reschedule at no additional charge.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
